Compute MCMC diagnostics (Rhat, ESS) for ratiod_fit

Use diagnostics(). The engine reports approximation reliability rather than chain mixing for deterministic fits, so the name described only one of the two answers it can return.

Usage

mcmc_diagnostics(fit, pars = NULL)

Arguments

fit

A ratiod_fit object

pars

Character vector of parameter names (default: all).

Value

The value of tulpa::diagnostics() for fit.
